Our group stayed at this hotel for a sightseeing trip in NYC. The location was ideal, within walking distance to popular attractions like Times Square and the cruise ship pier. The hot breakfast provided was a great start to our days of exploring the city. Despite some minor room issues, the excellent service we received, especially from the front office supervisor, made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would consider staying here again if we return to NYC.

Stayed near Times Square, close to JFK. LOVED the breakfast buffet, although space was tight. Clean, comfy rooms. The staff was friendly but busy. Would stay again. Indoor leisure room was a plus. Until next time!

Omg, the was amazin'. Like, the location was simply chef's kiss. So close to everythin', especially the times square! The rooms were comfy with all the essentials and the staff were nice 🥰.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was perfect. The staff was kind, provided a fast check-in and a late check-out. Our breakfast was delicious and healthy, they offered scrambled eggs, bangers and toast.

Cozy and clean hotel, the staff who served us were responsive, and it had ideal location close to everything. We loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Healthy breakfast with variety of sausages, toast and scrambled eggs.

Our family had a fantastic time at the Broadway Theater District, immersing ourselves in the heart of New York City and enjoying easy access to all of Manhattan's most sought-after attractions. Catching a Broadway show was a highlight, and attending a premier event at Pier 92/94 added to our memorable experience. Plus, we were thrilled to see our favorite artist perform at the famous Madison Square Garden, making our stay truly unforgettable.

My wife says that she wished the hotel had a dedicated children's play area for families with kids to enjoy.

You could easily walk to Times Square in just 15 minutes. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, although a bit crowded, offered a variety of options and the hot food was tasty. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

The only downside was that there was no restaurant on-site.

Secondly, the location was perfect - just a short walk to Times Square and the vibrant city center. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including two queen size beds and all the necessary amenities. Plus, having breakfast included made our mornings so convenient.

Well, I guess I slept well on their plush duvet and pillows, and the location is just perfect for visiting all those fabulous attractions.
